These terms cover your use of Klip Farm. The short version: you own your content, you pay only for clips you approve, packs never expire, and failures are never billed. The long version follows.
Klip Farm is an AI-assisted clip generation service. You provide a long-form video source (during beta, a supported public link such as YouTube, Twitch, or Kick); Klip Farm transcribes it, finds candidate moments, and prepares short-form vertical clips with captions for your review. Every candidate gets a free watermarked preview. When you approve a clip, a final watermark-free version is rendered and delivered to your library.
Some features are labeled beta, preview, or coming soon inside the product. Those labels are part of the service description: a feature labeled as not yet live is not promised by these terms.
You need an account to process sources and keep clips. Sign-in is operated through our authentication provider, Clerk. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Klip Farm. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — see the children's privacy section of the privacy policy. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission, and the person completing a purchase must be old enough to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
Free-tier grants (free approval credits and watermarked previews) are limited to one grant per verified identity. Creating accounts to farm free grants is a violation of these terms.
Klip Farm sells approval packs: one-time purchases of approval credits, processed by Stripe. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically — you buy a pack once, and the credits sit in your balance until you spend them. One approval credit is spent when — and only when — you approve a clip. Current pack sizes and prices are listed on the pricing page.
The full policy lives on the refund page and is part of these terms.
Only submit content you own or have the rights to process. You are responsible for ensuring that processing a source, and using the clips made from it, does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
You also agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend processing that violates this section while we investigate.
You own your content. Source videos you submit remain yours, and the output clips delivered to your library are yours to use, post, and monetize. We claim no ownership of either.
To operate the service, you grant Klip Farm a limited, non-exclusive license to download, store, transcribe, analyze, render, and display your sources and clips — solely to provide the service to you, and for no other purpose.
Klip Farm and its software, design, caption presets, and branding remain the property of Klip Farm. These terms grant you use of the service, not a license to its software.
We respect copyright and respond to takedown notices consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content processed or hosted by Klip Farm infringes your copyright, email help@klip.farm with the subject "Copyright takedown" and include:
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the account that submitted it. That account may send a counter-notice to the same address; if the counter-notice meets the DMCA's requirements, we forward it to you and may restore the material as the statute provides. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Until our designated copyright agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office completes, send copyright notices to the support address above.
Klip Farm is an early product and changes quickly. We may add, change, or remove features, presets, and supported source types as the service evolves. Features labeled beta, preview, or coming soon (section 1) may change or be withdrawn without notice.
If we discontinue the service entirely, or permanently remove a capability your approval credits exist to pay for, we will give reasonable advance notice, you will be able to download your delivered clips, and unused approval credits will be handled under the refund policy — a person reviews unused balances.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Clip selection and scoring are automated and assistive: we do not promise that any clip will perform on any platform, and you are responsible for reviewing clips before publishing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Where the service fails, the remedy is built in: failed renders are never billed, and approval credits for failed final renders are refunded automatically.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klip Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid Klip Farm in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If someone brings a claim against Klip Farm because of content you submitted, clips you published, or your breach of these terms, you agree to indemnify us — that is, to cover the losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees that result. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and will not settle it on your behalf without your consent where the law lets us offer that. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach of these terms.
You can stop using Klip Farm at any time and may request account deletion as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice where practical.
On termination, clips already delivered to you remain yours. If we terminate your account without cause, or you close an account in good standing with unused approval credits, contact support about the unused balance — a person will review it under the refund policy.
Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with Klip Farm, email help@klip.farm before taking any other step, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Most disputes are billing-shaped, and the refund policy already resolves those.
You and Klip Farm agree to give each other a reasonable opportunity — at least 30 days from the first written notice — to resolve a dispute informally before pursuing a formal claim. Any rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your place of residence are unaffected by these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Klip Farm operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not override any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence, which continues to apply to you.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable. If we choose not to enforce a term on one occasion, that is not a waiver — we can still enforce it later.
These terms, together with the refund policy and privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and Klip Farm about the service. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
